Following a severe injury, patients may experience difficulty in speech, fluency, and swallowing. In these special cases we have a Speech and Language Pathologist who can work with you to improve:
- Swallowing
- Thought organization and problems with sequencing information
- Problems retrieving words
- Attention span deficits

1. Referral from M.D.
Your primary care doctor, surgeon, or hospitalist will write an order for your home health services. Once we receive this referral, our intake specialists will confirm we have all the appropriate staff and documentation to start your care.

2. Medicare Coverage
We will reach out to you to confirm your Medicare coverage eligibility. Home Health Services are 100% covered by Medicare, which means you do not pay anything out-of-pocket. We will never bill you for services.

3. Start of Care
Once orders and coverage are confirmed we will schedule your start of care to begin your healing journey with us. We continue to provide services until your health goals are met and you are feeling great.
How We Work
We have various professionals trained for home care. Our Home Health Aides, for that matter, are competent and can assist you with your activities of daily living such as bathing, meal preparation, grooming, and assisting with ambulation and transfer and others. These HHAs also work under the supervision and guidance of a registered nurse or therapist.
